Affiliate Program Terms
Program operator: Passport to Italy LLC (Wyoming), operator of Claim Your Italian Passport — Now (italypassportnow.com).
1.Offer
The Italian Passport Action Plan — a written, personalized citizenship action plan — sold at a fixed price of US$ 149.
2.Commission
US$ 50 for every completed US$ 149 sale attributed to the affiliate’s unique referral link. No commission on refunds or chargebacks.
3.Tracking
60-day cookie from first click. Sales are attributed to the last click before purchase.
4.Payout
Monthly, by Passport to Italy LLC, for the prior month’s attributed sales. Minimum payout US$ 50 (balances below roll forward).
5.No cost, no minimums, no exclusivity
Joining is free. No sales quotas. Affiliates may promote competing products.
6.What the affiliate receives
A unique referral link and a one-paragraph program description for their site, channel, or newsletter.
7.Honest promotion only
No outcome promises (“guaranteed citizenship”, “pay only if eligible”, or equivalents). No fabricated testimonials, statistics, or scarcity. The affiliate must disclose the paid referral relationship wherever local law requires it.
8.No legal advice
The Action Plan is a preliminary information product, not legal advice. Affiliates must not present it — or themselves — as a law firm or legal service.
9.Term and termination
Either party may end participation at any time with written notice. Commissions earned before termination are still paid on the normal schedule.
10.Changes
The operator may change these terms with 30 days’ notice; the affiliate may leave instead of accepting the change.
